Congratulations for wanting to do something to evolve into more strength and happiness, and on finding this--one of the fastest and most complete--yet simple to do programs there are!

Yoga Shred Workout: Today, please take a brisk walk outside for at least 20 minutes. See that you can create the room for this if you want to! This is a day to clear out, and intend to make more space for your own health and fitness now. Take it easy, gather your thoughts, and prepare to work it tomorrow!

21-DAY YOGA SHRED EATING PRINCIPLES:
Stay Whole: Choose foods the way nature made them whenever possi-ble: a whole apple instead of applesauce. Edamame beans instead of tofu. Wine instead of...well, OK, there are exceptions;) But eat the grapes too.

Eat Clean: We don't have the luxury to eat chemicals and processed foods anymore with the incidence of cancers and other degenerative and deadly diseases on the rise. Buy organic. Free range. Antibiotic and hor-mone-free. Even wine. Can you tell I like wine? Wine.

Lower Sugar: I don't believe in all or nothing unless we're talking about Brad Pitt. I'll take all of that. Otherwise, sugar is a terrible, inflammatory substitution for other, healthy forms of energy. But it tastes good. So eat way less while you're on this program, and more whole-food versions, like raspberries or pineapple when cravings strike your sweet tooth.

Hydrate: Drink enough water, seltzer, teas, coconut water (not too much though or you can overdose on Magnesium and not feel great) and other forms of non-sugar beverages. This helps all your fatburning, detoxing and mus-cle-building, brain and organ function. And you want all of that.

Graze, Don't Gobble: When you start with a smart, small breakfast, then eat a little healthy something every 2-3 hours, BEFORE you get really hungry, you'll stoke your metabolic fire and keep it that way all day. This alone can make a huge difference in how you look and feel.

As you move through the program, I'll give you inspirations and suggestions for one great meal, smoothie or snack daily.

I suggest you make the Yoga Shred recipe each day, and then eat your other meals using the Principles I mentioned above. As you learn and love more Yoga Shred recipes, feel free to eat every meal using them, and when you're out and about, also stick to the Yoga Shred Principles, like eating organic, eating whole foods, less sugar, etc, and you'll get the most out of this program.
