Relinquishing Control for Curiosity

You may feel compelled to oversee your affairs more meticulously than usual today. A missed deadline, a mistake, or an unexpected setback can interfere with your sense of security and convince you that you are at the mercy of a chaotic universe. As a result, you may be attempting to control every feature of your existence with a frenetic zeal that prevents you from acting spontaneously or using your imagination. Consider that giving up just a bit of control will likely free you to once again explore the possibilities and take risks. Try relinquishing your control in a small way such as allowing impulse to guide you when making a plan or deviating from an established one. As your need to be in control diminishes today, your creativity may flourish.
When you feel secure and at ease where worldly matters are concerned, you can comfortably navigate in an uncertain world and are free to explore that world confidently. Inklings of uncertainty can make us feel that we are no longer the masters of our own destinies and thus deter us from broadening our perspectives through discovery. If your affairs are in order, however, your need to be in control is diminished and you have more mental energy to devote to inner and outer world exploration. You'll be able to think and act spontaneously without worrying that your impetuousness and creativity is interfering with your ability to take care of yourself. You'll feel comfortable approaching the world in an exploratory, impulsive way today when your survival worries are dispelled.
