Dear friends,

Here we are close to the end of the year, and once again I am wondering how we got here so fast! This November letter will be a little short as I broke my right wrist in a riding accident a few weeks ago. I am well and healing but missing my horse time, especially now that the beautiful autumn weather is upon us.

My injury has provided me a lot of time for additional introspection as I can do little else at this time. With the onset of the holiday season, many people begin to dread the interactions they will have with their families as old wounds surface. Even good friends can begin to bicker as the stress of the holidays approaches. Ultimately you are in control of your own life. You are in the driver's seat and can choose in any moment how to react in a situation, what energy to put forth, and what decisions to make that best suit you.

The following four online courses can be of assistance to you in your journey to help heal your relationships with other people, whether it is your best friend or a family member. What I love about our courses is that they bring so much awareness to the issue at hand, validation that you are not alone, and then practical steps to guide you through the muck until you get to the other side.
