You may feel responsible about your duties today, which could lead you to expend more energy than you have available, and end up feeling fatigued. Though you may feel content about the work you are accomplishing, you also may want to consider whether some of your tasks could be put aside for another day. Rather than pushing yourself beyond your limits today, you may find it beneficial to create a moderate schedule that will still allow you to feel productive and satisfied with your progress. If you then also make a conscious effort to schedule more time for relaxation, you will find that you have a more stable balance of energy that allows you to get everything done.

Going easy on ourselves provides the energy and motivation we need to accomplish our work with less strain. We often feel the need to push ourselves to work, even when we feel drained because we believe that we won't get everything done otherwise. By understanding that our bodies are wise enough to know when to work and when to rest, we can learn to follow our natural rhythms. When we do, we create a consistent store of energy that we can devote to our work, which helps us to accomplish more than we would have by pushing ourselves. Best of all, we are able to feel peaceful and relaxed in the process, rather than strained and stressed. By listening to the signals your body is sending today, you can create a more balanced schedule and still remain as productive as you desire.
