Today you might be feeling uncoordinated, which could become more obvious if you are attempting to excel at sports or craftsmanship. Otherwise, you may just feel ungraceful or even clumsy. There is no need to be hard on yourself. Instead, take some time to connect to your center and envision anchoring your spirit fully in your body. See the light from your astral body overlapping your physical body perfectly--this may help balance any feelings of being out of sync. Once you've done this, release your expectations and allow yourself to laugh if any more clumsiness occurs. By doing this, we relax into the energy of the day, helping us to enjoy it more fully rather than allowing it to make us tense or out of sorts today.

As we constantly shift to adjust mentally, physically, and spiritually to the ever-changing world around us, there are likely to be times when we are just the slightest bit out of sync. We can release our control and let ourselves float in the current of life at these times, knowing that we will arrive and be in sync with the rhythm of the world once again. In the meantime, anchoring ourselves in our center, the core of who we truly are, allows us to easily weather any shifts or storms without turmoil. We don't have to feel badly about awkwardness, though it may be humbling. It reminds us and those around us that we are all human, facing the same challenges as we balance all the areas of our lives today and every day.
