About Phoebe Leona
Phoebe has been teaching her own specially designed movement practice that blends her experiences of dance, Pilates and yoga for over 20 years. She also performs as dancer and speaker, when the right opportunities arise. In 2014, Phoebe founded an organization that offers new experiences, as a way to heal her own life after a year of much trauma and loss, to provide a space for others to explore, heal, and transform their own lives. She has led numerous yoga teacher trainings and retreats around the world and also hosts a weekly podcast that shares the stories of transformation from all walks of life. Phoebe's first book is to be released in 2021.
