The tracks are five minutes each, with short spaces of silence between tracks to let Reiki workers know it's time to move to a different area of the body. Tracks are named for various chakra-associated colors or daily affirmations such as "Just for today I will not worry," a track that shimmers with high-end synth echoes and elaborate weaves of harps and string pads. "The Healing Waterfall" is a perfect comedown or acupuncture "cooking" track, still and gentle and floating with ocean sprays of tinkling chimes and gushing midair suspension-string pads that materialize and dissolve as slowly as a cloud tumbling down into warm spring rain.

Llewellyn's music never overstates or overstays. His deep humility and devotion to the function of the disc creates music that's assured in its spiritual purpose, vibrating outward and moving the bones and light energy accordingly. Reiki Gold itself is light energy, and aptly named for the golden hues it seems to supply to everything around the listener if they engage with an open heart.
