You’ve already stretched. But your body is still tight.
Tight hips, tense shoulders, and a stiff lower back can make every movement feel harder than it should be. This 3D stretching plan helps you move with greater flexibility, mobility, and ease.
Certified functional training specialist Sarah Louise Rector guides you through a results-driven 3D stretching method that moves your body through multiple planes of motion, reaching muscles and connective tissue that traditional stretching often overlooks.
You’ll begin with surface-level tightness, then progress into deeper release at a pace your body sets, never forced. As the week continues, your shoulders loosen, your hips move more freely, and simple activities feel easier, with less soreness holding you back.
A 7-Day Plan for Deeper Release and Lasting Mobility
Days 1–3, Release: Targeted stretches focus on the shoulders and upper back, undoing the tension caused by hunching, sitting, and daily stress. Strategic positioning and breath help each stretch reach the right depth, so you can finally let go of stubborn tightness.
Days 4–5, Restore: The focus shifts to the lower back and tight hips, where hours of sitting restrict movement most. Multidirectional stretches work through the hip flexors, support the lower back, and restore range of motion.
Days 6–7, Deepen: Swinging and rotational movements access deeper layers of hip tightness that static stretching often can’t reach. Everything comes together in one full-body practice you can return to whenever soreness or stiffness begins to creep back in.
By the end of the program, you’ll reach the tightness that ordinary stretching keeps missing. Just 15 minutes a day of moving through multiple planes of motion builds real flexibility, better balance, and relief that actually lasts.
