You may feel like you've run the emotional gamut of incredible highs and hard-to-handle lows. Perhaps you are having a more powerful than necessarily warranted emotional response to certain situations. You may want to consider distancing yourself from these situations today so that you can calm and center yourself. Meditation may be a helpful tool. You might want to try relaxing into a comfortable chair. Close your eyes and feel the sensations in your body.
