Settling Into Your Pace
Cancer Daily Horoscope

You may be surprised to note that you speed through your agenda easily today and have plenty of energy to spare when your obligations have been satisfied. Your ability to persevere through long stretches of activity is likely the result of your having found the working rhythm that is right for you. Consequently, it may be easier than usual for you to focus on your personal and professional obligations today—even when other pressing concerns threaten to hijack your attention. You will likely labor steadily until each of your day's duties has been completed, which means that this can be a great time to tackle challenging or complex objectives.

We can perform our obligatory tasks more quickly and with a greater degree of efficiency when we learn to labor in accordance with a natural pace that suits our needs. Many people, in an effort to address their responsibilities, surge forward too hurriedly and, as a result, become exhausted and unable to make progress. Finding the pace that is right for us enables us to settle into our work. When we are comfortably ensconced in a rhythm that does not tax us too greatly, we neither feel rushed nor stressed and can continue moving forward with our objectives continuously. The discipline we then embody is a direct result of our being able to focus on one task at a time, without overwhelming ourselves. As you endeavor to discover your individual pace today, you will find that the fulfillment of duty grows increasingly effortless and straightforward.

Overcoming 'Not Good Enough'
by Pam Thomas, M.S., PMC, PCC

I grew up feeling the pressure of having to be someone I wasn't in order to fit in, basically not ever feeling good enough which lead to fears and feelings of not being deserving of the good things that life had to offer. Those feelings followed me throughout my teen-age years and on well into adulthood. I played the comparison game until the pressure became insane and the self deprecation a daily exercise..."If I only I was as skinny or as pretty as her.", "If I had her job and her income, I'd have it made.", "Why can't I have a relationship like they have?" The time is NOW to amp up your own attraction factor by blasting to bits the "not enough" messages, claim or re-claim your own personal power and confidence, kick fear and negative thoughts to the curb so that you attract the "good stuff" you truly deserve.
