Balancing our ideals with our reality is a wonderful way to fully enjoy everything that we have in life. An ideal can be okay to reach for but sometimes it can actually hinder us. When we set our expectations too high we can become disillusioned if we don't reach our goals. We can also live so deeply in our dream world that we lose sight of what is really happening in our lives. Life is so abundant that to truly experience everything it offers means we need to be in it. Making the effort to come back to this moment today will keep you from escaping your issues and responsibilities, and your life will become richer as a result.
