Emily: Your course clearly goes much deeper than traditional fitness. Can you tell us what inspired you to create this program and why it's so close to your heart?
Natasha: I created this program to fill a major gap in how women are supported through life-altering transitions like pregnancy and aging. As a licensed occupational therapist and corrective exercise specialist, I saw so many women struggling with a weak core or stubborn belly fat without a clear, sustainable place to start. My goal was to move beyond the "quick fix" and provide a practical, science-backed way to rebuild strength and confidence right from home.
Beyond the physical, this course is about reconnecting women with their bodies and shifting the narrative from shame to empowerment. Society often places an unfair stigma on hanging belly fat, leading many women to feel embarrassed or disconnected from their own skin. By combining education, movement, and a positive mindset, I've created a space where you can stop feeling discouraged and start celebrating your strength. It's about giving you the tools to feel capable and confident in all areas of your life again.
Emily: There are so many flat belly programs out there. How does your approach break the mold?
Natasha: This isn't about endless crunches or restrictive dieting. We tackle the actual root causes of stubborn fat, like stress, poor posture, and weak core engagement. What really sets this apart is that it's a learning experience, not just a follow-along workout. I guide you to understand why certain movements work and how your lifestyle and nutrition impact your goals. By blending corrective exercise with a holistic mindset, we build a foundation that prevents injury and ensures your progress is sustainable for the long haul. It's a lifestyle shift, not a temporary fix.
Emily: You place a huge emphasis on a holistic approach. Why is looking at the bigger picture so vital for belly fat reduction?
Natasha: Because true transformation doesn't happen in a vacuum. Belly fat is often tied to things we don't always associate with exercise, like sleep quality and stress levels. If you only focus on one thing, like a crash diet, you risk burnout or frustration. By addressing how you move, eat, and manage stress all at once, you're creating a balanced lifestyle that supports long-term health. It helps you feel more energized and in tune with your body, making the habits much easier to maintain for a lifetime.
Emily: When someone reaches the end of this journey, what is the number one thing you hope they carry away from the experience?
Natasha: My biggest hope is that you walk away feeling empowered and confident in your ability to care for your body. I want you to truly understand how your core works and how to weave healthy habits into your daily life so you feel stronger both physically and mentally. Making that time for yourself sets you up for success in every area of your life, and I want you to remember that progress isn't about being perfect — it's about those small, consistent steps that lead to meaningful change.
I also want you to leave this course with a sense of pride. Committing to a program like this is a big deal, and every bit of effort you put in is something we should celebrate. Think of this as just the beginning of your journey. My hope is that you'll keep building on the foundation we've created together, using these tools to stay strong and healthy for years to come. Knowing I played even a small part in that transformation is so rewarding for me, and I truly can't wait to see you thrive.
Emily: Who is this course designed for? Is it for all levels, and do you need any equipment?
Natasha: Absolutely, it's designed for every level. Whether you've just had a baby, are navigating perimenopause, or simply want a stronger core, there are modifications for every exercise so you can progress at your own pace. I kept busy women in mind — you don't need hours in a gym to see meaningful changes. Regarding equipment, a few basics like dumbbells, a loop band, and a sturdy chair or box are great, but I also provide alternative options so you can follow along with whatever you have at home. You just need the willingness to show up for yourself.
