This nervous anxiety may manifest itself in a variety of ways -- from the inability to stay still to a tendency toward being short-tempered. To counter these effects, you can take a deep breath and consciously still your body. Go inward to your center and connect to the light of the universe that resides within you. Remind yourself that everything works in perfect order and ask to see the situation clearly. As you open your eyes and return to the world, you may notice that you feel distanced from the situation in a way that allows you to observe without your emotions clouding your view. Today release your anxiety and turn instead toward your trust in the universe. Restlessness and frustration are feelings we get when we realize that things are out of our control. Though this is the truth all the time, being only co-creators with the universe we don't always recognize that fact. We may want to seek out actions that make us feel that we are working toward the realization of our goals. These acts may come to you in meditation, or you may want to begin preparation for the arrival of your goal. Like the arrival of the baby, it's important to not only prepare for the actual birth but to have a home set up for the baby to live in.
