About Bonnie Crotzer
Bonnie Crotzer is a fascia expert and flexibility trainer who has been teaching yoga and stretching courses for nearly 20 years. With an extensive background in professional dance, kinesiology, bodywork, yoga, Pilates, resistance stretching, and biomechanical flexibility and strength, Bon developed her movement method and teaching platform to educate people about the often-overlooked source of health, our fascia network. Bon has taught and helped hundreds of people all over the world to move better and relieve their aches and pains.
