A Positive Perception
Cancer Daily Horoscope

You may feel protective about your possessions today. Instead of dwelling on what you might lose, you can create a deeper sense of inner peace by choosing to foster thoughts of abundance. A good way to do this is to take time to express deep gratitude for the many blessings in your life today. You can do this verbally in prayer or meditation or simply record the things you are thankful for in a journal and review them frequently. Over time, this positive focus will begin to attract more abundance into your life, and you will be able to release any concerns regarding lack or loss.

As we focus on thoughts of abundance and gratitude for the blessings in our lives, we lend our energy to the formation of better circumstances. While most of us have had material concerns at one time or another, choosing to dwell on the negative can continue to attract to us what we fear. If we can instead shift our perception to one of abundance and joy for our lives, we automatically begin to attract more of these qualities into our reality. While this process takes time to fully manifest, we are, in the meantime, empowering ourselves to feel more positive and less fearful about our circumstances. Your feelings of fear and insecurity will dissipate if you choose to shift your perception today to one of abundance and gratitude for the positive aspects of your life.

The Skinny Thinking Thought Diet
by Laura Katleman-Prue

Do you struggle with your weight? Have you been on countless diets and regained your lost weight every time? Do you overeat when you're worried, bored, under stress, sad, angry, or even happy? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, The Skinny Thinking Thought Diet can help you. Any one can force off weight on a diet, but it's like pulling off the top of a weed. It comes right back unless you take care of the root - the way you think about food. Here's why the Skinny Thinking Thought diet can help you, when everything else has failed. It radically changes your relationship to food by changing the way you think about it. To put it simply, it's Eckhart Tolle meets food. Using the simple five minute daily exercises in the Skinny Thinking Thought Diet, you will learn how to stop thinking about food and how to stop romanticizing it.
