Once the "pipes" are open, we follow a very specific order: mold first, then parasites, then metals. This progression is the secret sauce. It ensures that everything flows out as it should without recirculating or overwhelming your system, making the whole experience feel empowering rather than intimidating.
Emily: Beyond just a cleaner body, what is the ultimate transformation you want for your students by the time they reach the final lesson?
Lisa: Physically, the shift is incredible — the brain fog lifts, your skin calms down, and your sleep finally gets deep and restorative. But the emotional transformation is what really moves me. As you release these physical burdens, you start to feel more grounded and connected to your own intuition.
We live in a world that teaches us to doubt our symptoms, but I want you to walk away trusting your body again.
