| What sparked this course for you, and is it truly possible to tone our face and neck naturally? |

Sadie: I realized that while the facial muscles can be toned, most people aren't doing the right movements to see a real difference to their face and necks. I wanted to take my background in anatomy and exercise science to create something that actually works, so women can stop feeling like they're losing a battle against gravity.
