| Can you tell us what neuroplasticity actually means, and is it something everyone can tap into? |

Lisa: Think of neuroplasticity as your brain's "state of learning" or its natural ability to be adaptable. It's the built-in technology that allowed you to learn to walk and talk as a child, and the great news is that everybody has it! However, if we don't intentionally stimulate those states as we get older, the brain can become rigid and less adaptable. By exercising this capacity through specific brain movements, you can actually grow new neural connections, which helps your brain stay resilient, improves your processing speed, and sharpens your focus. |

| You've been teaching this for 20 years — what kinds of benefits have you seen? |

Lisa: I've seen it help with almost everything: anxiety, brain fog, chronic pain, and even recovery from strokes or Parkinson's. It's truly remarkable. I've yet to meet a human with a brain who cannot benefit from this work — it's about moving out of old patterns and into a world of new possibilities. |

| How did you structure your course? |

Lisa: I've structured the course to make these concepts as simple as possible. More importantly, I teach actual exercises, so you can start the daily practices right away. Concepts are nice, but practice is where the magic happens with neuroplasticity work. Each section of the course will give you powerful but simple daily practices. I've loaded the course with both physical and mental practices, so you can choose what works best for you. They're fun, playful, non-meditative practices that you can use in real time in your busy life to sharpen your brain and increase your memory. |
