You may feel responsible about your duties today, which could lead you to expend more energy than you have available, and end up feeling fatigued. Though you may feel content about the work you are accomplishing, you also may want to consider whether some of your tasks could be put aside for another day. Rather than pushing yourself beyond your limits today, you may find it beneficial to create a moderate schedule that will still allow you to feel productive and satisfied with your progress. Going easy on ourselves provides the energy and motivation we need to accomplish our work with less strain.
