A: Your vagus nerve is part of your parasympathetic nervous system, and when it's toned and healthy, your whole being comes into a higher-functioning state. Unfortunately, modern life leaves most of us with frazzled nervous systems and a host of symptoms as a result (chronic stress, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, poor immunity, and more). A: This workshop is for all levels.
Q: Do I need any equipment to join or do the exercises?
A: You'll just want space to do the exercises, both sitting up and lying down. A yoga mat could be helpful, but even a bed or the floor is great.

A: No problem! The recording of this workshop will be added to your course account so you can view it anytime.
