Although it is healthy to want to communicate with others, perhaps this would be a good time for you to work out your thoughts and ideas through journaling, which can provide you with a wonderful outlet for discerning what is going on inside of you. As you begin your day, you might write down all the ideas you have -- maybe even doing an unstructured brainstorm to get you started -- and then choose one idea that really speaks to you and focus more deeply on that topic. Clarifying your thoughts early could make it easier for you to express them in a more coherent way today.

Journaling is a wonderful tool for working through our ideas and to put them into a more understandable form when communicating to others.
