You could find it easier to accept other people's point of view today, which may leave you feeling open-minded. Being able to see the other side of things might stem from your realization that there are many paths that lead to the same truth. If you can, this would be a wonderful time to become attuned to the voices within that tend to say "no" or doubt other people. As you become exposed to new ideas today, try to pay attention to what your mind tends to do when faced with new information. Without stopping this process, you can gently let go of your negative thoughts by reminding your mind that there is wisdom to be had in everything. Understanding how your mind operates can help you create much more space in your life to embrace the new.

Our minds have certain thought patterns that enable us to accept or reject information. Once we realize that these patterns have little or no power over us -- they are simply a repetitive way of processing information -- we will find it much easier to remain open to new information; it is not necessarily the new input we are exposed to that deters us from being more accepting but the way we allow that input into our lives. The more we are aware of this fact, the more closely we can watch the mind patterns we have and consciously work on changing them. Knowing how your mind works will give you much more room to understand a wider range of ideas today.
