About Erin Tietz
Erin Tietz is an industry leader in holistic health who is deeply passionate about helping people live their best life. After growing up as a dancer and performing with the NFL, she strived to find a path out of chronic pain. Erin worked as a medical exercise specialist in physical therapy at a major hospital and private practice in New York City. There she was able to try various modalities to heal her body. Nothing worked until she discovered activated movement to change scar tissue. Ten minutes of work changed her life forever, and now she strives each day to bring what she has learned to others.

Erin is the founder of a fascia stretch program in which she works one-on-one, teaches classes and workshops, and is a guest instructor at several boutique studios around Minneapolis, Chicago, and New York City. She has adapted her teachings by using her medical background, history of dance, numerous certifications, and personal experience to create a movement practice to change how we all think about true flexibility and stretching.
