About Evan Ruiz
Evan Ruiz is a trainer in West Hollywood where she specializes in hip mobility and strength. Evan suffered from very tight hips and lower back aches after being a softball catcher for nearly 20 years. When she became a personal trainer in 2016 she began to learn more about mobility and how simple movement can release and change the way we think we are naturally built. Focusing on mobilizing the hip she noticed her lower back aches were decreasing. As she continued to practice and research, she started strengthening the glutes and has never had low back pain since.

Obsessed with how she could help others, she continues to practice on her own mobility and spreads the knowledge to her clients.
