September 30, 2015 Meditation for the Highly Sensitive Person Madisyn Taylor 2015 Sensitive people are in general drawn to meditation as so often we find ourselves adrift, at the mercy of a world that seems unconscious of its own shrill bombast. For us highly sensitive people it's hard to enjoy things like loud parties or rock shows; even going to the grocery store with its glaring overhead neon can be too much. People telling us to "get over it" just don't understand. DailyOM co-founder Madisyn Taylor, on the other hand, does.
