Emily: Demian, to kick things off, could you shed some light on the pineal and pituitary glands and their incredible role in our psychic potential?
Demian: Absolutely, Emily! The pineal gland is located in the center of your brain and is the gland responsible for secreting melatonin. Renee Descartes once called it the "seat of the soul" and it is where the "third eye" is thought to reside, meaning it is a powerful gland for engaging in our own psychic powers. The pituitary gland is more in the front of the head, so it's just behind your forehead. It's responsible for creating a lot of different hormones like dopamine that are essential for our well-being.
The pineal and the pituitary glands are the two main factories or power plants that generate the right ingredients, the right chemicals, and the right context in our brain so we can become more psychic and open our third eye.
Emily: So, what qualities do we need to cultivate to truly embrace and enhance our psychic potential?
Demian: The most powerful qualities you can bring to this journey are neutrality and objectivity. Imagine connecting to a pure window of perception, free from expectations, assumptions, judgments, or preferences. This authentic perception flows from a heart-centered space, allowing you to see what truly is, rather than what you perceive it to be.
And here's a secret: don't take it too seriously! Approach it with a playful, childlike attitude, giving yourself the freedom to step out of your own way and simply be. Have fun with it, and watch your psychic awareness blossom!
Emily: Tell us, how is your course structured so that people can truly unlock these subtle abilities?
Demian: This course is built in three parts. In the first part, we explore the human energetic anatomy of what we call our third eye, which is connected to our pineal and pituitary glands and to our psychic channels of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance. We'll be discovering what the functions of these glands and channels are, where they are located, what tools we are going to use to activate this dormant potential, and how we can set up a daily practice using these tools.
In the second part, we will learn how to purify our pineal and pituitary glands and psychic channels energetically and then how to activate them to different levels to boost our sensitivity. We will use the repetition of DNA tonal commands (sounds) and quantum grids (encrypted images) in guided meditations.
In the third part of the course, we speak about ethics and explain how to design playful games that we can practice alone or with friends. We explore ways to build a daily practice where you can develop your psychic skills.
Emily: Could you give us a peek into what a typical psychic third eye practice might look like on a daily basis?
Demian: Once we learn the DNA tonal commands and explore how to connect to the quantum grids, we can create our own routine. Our practice can start with only 12 minutes a day and can extend to three periods of 12 or more minutes if we wish. The practice suggests you repeat out loud three times specific sounds and look in a specific way at an encrypted picture, to be followed by a silent meditation of two or three minutes.
Then we repeat the process for another channel or gland. When we have more time, we can play with our psychic awareness and test our progress. You can create your own games as long as you are having fun playing!
Emily: For those who are just starting, what can they expect to notice or feel as they commit to these practices?
Demian: From my experience, it really depends on the individual. And on how much one chooses to practice. Some people have already a highly sensitive psychic awareness and therefore experience changes faster. Some people have deeper blockages or fears associated with their psychic senses, and their journey will look different.
I would say don't expect a Hollywood-style effect. These activations are subtle as these parts of our anatomy are subtle. It requires time and practice to develop our sensitivity and receptivity. For some, it will be really noticeable, specifically when it comes to their strong channel, and for some it will remain subtle. We are all different and it is hard to generalize the effects.
If you can test (muscle testing, bio-resonance testing, dowsing, etc.) you might be able to measure your progress more easily. I would say the intensity is not what we are looking for here. We are looking to have fun exploring our psychic senses, without taking anything seriously, inviting our inner child to play.
