About Alex Horton
Alex Horton is a Pilates instructor based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Alex was introduced to Pilates many years ago and has been an advocate of the benefits ever since. She is trained as a Level 3 mat Pilates Instructor and is experienced in teaching online and in person one-to-one and group sessions. She believes that at-home workouts can be an excellent way for people to consistently incorporate movement into their lives despite busy schedules. Alex's commitment to those she teaches and her expertise in human kinetics translate into well-planned sessions designed to meet the individual needs of all participants. She focuses on the development of breathing patterns, postural awareness, and core strength.
