New movie from DailyOM co-founder Scott Blum

Periodically, we like to share extra special projects that the DailyOM co-founders are involved in.
At this moment, DailyOM co-founder Scott Blum is currently preparing to direct his first feature length movie called WALK-IN. The film is currently in pre-production and will begin filming early January 2011.
WALK-IN is the remarkable story of Don Newport, an engineer who comes face-to-face with his personal destiny under extraordinary circumstances. After losing his job and his health insurance, Don learns that he has a terminal disease, with only a few months left to live. On his deathbed, he meets Robert, a brazen angel of death who promises to help him with a graceful exit. As Don prepares to say his last goodbyes to his loving wife, Robert attempts to change Don's perspective about his mortality and proposes an exceptionally unique option. WALK-IN is inspired by the bestselling book SUMMER'S PATH by Scott Blum.
Scott is excited to be partnering with I Made A Movie on presenting this movie which gives you free access to a website where you can help shape & mold the direction of a full length feature film; read the script before the movie is made; vote on cast members; see raw footage/behind the scenes clips from the movie set while it's being filmed; upload your video audition for a role in the movie; and even upload your music to be featured in the movie soundtrack.
Additionally, if you like what you see, you can pre-order the DVD and get your name in the movie credits. This is a unique opportunity that is only available for a limited time.
And finally, if you're an aspiring actor or just want to be part of making a movie, you can win a role in WALK-IN simply by uploading a video audition and getting all your friends to vote for you. The audition with the most votes receives airfare and hotel accommodations to the movie set where you will be included in an actual scene of the movie.
