Welcome! This journey together is on one level about clearing past lovers. But to begin, let's take a moment to consciously choose the ground over which we'll be walking. We are taking this journey together on the premise that even if you don't experience "sacredness" all the time, even if the world (or a past or present lover) does not acknowledge your inherent and magnificent worth, even if you've made a million repetitive choices that seem in denial or outright abuse of your own right to respect and love, your woman's body as it was created to be, is a magnificent, subtle, and beautiful LIVING TEMPLE that thrives and responds with great grace to:
DEVOTION RESPECT SENSITIVITY
And most importantly...your own loving, consciously directed attention and care.
We are also working on the premise that even though it's an extremely untapped or repressed capacity in most women, we were created subtly and energetically with unparalleled capacities for transmutation of what may be out of balance or toxic to us. This means that regardless of what we face in life, if we are empowered enough to really understand our inherent energetic capacities as women, we can ALWAYS transform a toxic experience into energy or resource that sustains and strengthens us. And I mean no matter how awful or toxic. Our capacities are unlimited.
So just for now, try to suspend any disbelief and trust me on this - because I have COMPLETE trust that you CAN clear past lovers and become someone new, someone ready to receive from the world and from a lover everything you ever wanted and gradually decided either doesn't exist, or just isn't for you. Because as we encounter situations of intimacy and sexuality that leave us feeling shamed for our "dependency" or emotional needs, empty, alone, or betrayed, we often gradually relinquish our underlying wisdom, our underlying needs - authentic and sacred and important needs. Clearing past lovers and the residual impact/underlying patterns within yourself will bring you back full circle to your truth, your strength, your integrity, and most importantly your ability to self-advocate, to know yourself well and to stand behind yourself no matter what.
You are going to be AMAZED at what you discover within you through this work. Yes, you will encounter some of the hard stuff. But you will also be turning toward the truth of your own womanhood and femininity and you should be prepared to be BLOWN AWAY and AWESTRUCK by what you've always been, what you were created to be -this truth is not a negotiable or mutable reality. Clearing your past lovers and the residual impact of such experiences is all about turning towards the truth of your deepest feminine essence, and how unbelievably resilient, how practically grounded and yet cosmically miraculous your potential for self-healing, self-sourcing, and magnetic self-creation really is.
I could go on forever about how amazing you are, but let's shift and get down to business.
THE FEMININE ESSENCE KEY OF THE DAY:
Here is the feminine essence key of the day. This is literally a KEY that will unlock an aspect of YOUR FEMININE ESSENCE. It will be an often overlooked, misunderstood, or just generally unknown truth about the power of the feminine essence, which lives in you, and which created this miraculous woman's body you call home. Today's key:
At any moment, the road to take to return to connection with your feminine essence is the road of SOFTENING. To enter and embody your feminine power, always first soften back, then let the power move through you. Notice if you're straining, efforting, trying hard, or driving forward. Use this as an invitation to soften back into yourself, breathe, then move again from your power.
I'm inviting you to take a much different path towards addressing your past, your feelings, your relationships, and your subtle energies. This is not process work, linear work, therapy work, or self-help work. You will most certainly see shifts in your outer world, but the focus is deeply on your inner world - your relationship to yourself, and your inner state. This "work" is about surrendering, shifting your inner compass, and, in a sense, re-calibrating your being towards an orientation that is fundamentally respectful and connected to your authentic feminine essence, your woman's body, and all the often misunderstood or neglected powers that lie therein.
Always, always, maintain your fundamental intention to simply be present with yourself, attend to your feminine essence and your body, and to accept what you encounter without any need to change it.
